Intellectual property
LocalSeolution website text, branding, and original materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Ownership of client deliverables is determined by the applicable service agreement and payment status.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LocalSeolution is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform changes, search-engine updates, outages, account suspensions, or results outside the agreed scope.
